Things are bad enough without "smart" appliances making decisions on my behalf based on what their half-baked sensors tell them.
Its 2014 and I still have problems with my laptop going to sleep at the wrong time or the proximity sensor on my phone not working right.
If we want to call the Fire Brigade based on sensors from my toaster we are more than just a few years behind...

I guess 2020 is the soonest when we'll have proper 3G in Ukraine. Not because of Russia, but because nobody in government really cares about PEOPLE who voted for them, and people don't really seem to care who to vote for, will vote for anyone thinking "just leave me alone!"

2020? I think that's reasonable. Even 4G today haven't reached its peak yet, in distribution and in speed when we talk about what 4G's speed should really be, not just in theory. The speed of 4G is more like 3.5G btw. It's only called "4G" for marketing.
