LOL at the people thinking to run GTA IV on Android in the future. Android can't run GTA IV in 10 years. I don't think anyone would hold on their note for the next 10 years.
GTA IV is one of the most cpu hungry game, android is way too weak to even handle nfs undercover. Let alone GTA

Note 4 will be plastic junk if it not has 20mp camera with dualtone flash good stereo speakers youm display mammoth 4000ma battery water proof body with aluminium ,it must be slim below 8mm 4gb ram which will run gta 4 on low setting in future may be and 64gb internal memory :D
