I am looking at upgrading have used the note 1 & 2
However Samsung really needs to do better that this rumor specifically
1) 5.9 inch
2) 4 gb RAM
3) 64 bit octa core
4) 64 gb on board memory
5) Dual SIM
6) IP 67
7) Optical Image stability
8) 4G - especially for India
9) 4500 mAh battery

But I guess geeks get their panties wet when they see a bigger number of a certain chip, LOL.

This article in October 2013 predict mali t760 for galaxy note 4. So everything is already pre planned that samsung just experimented with power vr gpu for galaxy s4 and it failed. They will not go back to powervr again. So power vr rogue is out of question.
Consumer lost samsung won again.

Qualcomm have the best radios out there and the best other ready to use logic blocks that some other design houses may choose to go their own way and make their own when they choose an ARM IP core like the A5x series.
Qualcomm has the superior package using ARM made cores at this time. They are working on custom 64 bit cores too so 810 and 808 might be a stop gap because they'll come up with their own custom core versions in Q4 2015 or early Q1 2016.

AnonD-123996, 20 Jun 2014I already purchased a note 3 SM N9005, last year as soon it... moreI have note 3 too but will upgrade to note 4 Jan next year when the prices go down and more software is optimised. If you are doing lots of graphics or gaming then Note 4 will be at least 40% faster than note 3 and is worth the upgrade. Or just wait and read the reviews and comparisons when note 4 comes out

Can't wait for this to arrive, Note 4 Exynos variant will destroy all 2014 flagships and most 2015 flagships to, it seems the Exynos5433 is more a Snapdragon 810 competitor, it will bury the S805. :D
