That GS5 expandable ad at the top(for me) is getting on my nerves. Seriously, I can't read properly everytime i visit this site.

The S4 Mini has Cortex A15 which are 50%more powerful than Cortex A7.So they made S5 mini with cheaper harware except the screen and will price it higher.
Samsung will make more money.

You did not mention if it has an Exynos or an Qualcomm processor. I hope they gave up the ideea of releasing the S5 mini with Mali-400 GPU.
