"Android" and "security" shouldn't be allowed to be used in the same sentence.

Most of the mobile phone users are not educated in the security of mobile services.
There is many good features in the BlackBerry, that you will not find in the Android or Apple products.

MCRL, 04 Jul 2014You're too late. Try searching BES (specially BES12) and QN... morefact is the nsa has various secure wirewalls and servers and routers from cisco all the way to hp and so on already hacked with bugs straight into the kernel of those devices. they have so much stuff already hacked that i'm sure they got something already deployed for bb's servers. just google vagrant nsa firmware.

let's give each his right:
1- Blackberry: security+ productivity+ battery life
2- Android: openness, easy to use
3- Apple: general experience and UI
4- Windows: camera and hmmm
these things will not change in the near future and Knox's attempt is just another way a platform in getting on the offense in other' platforms stronghold. Blackberry is very well established and itself on the offense/defense both on the enterprise front and still releasing services and features. my point is each platform has its pros and cons which are unbeatable for time being and we give respect for the try.

The average consumers don't need ubër security. Not that there's anything wrong with it. Just don't expect people to flock to BB for that singular reason.
