Sorry, but i find this a bit idiotic. 3GB of RAM on devices with severely limited OS (Android). What's the point of that!? I have a proper full Windows 8.1 tablet that "only" has 2GB and i don't feel like i need more. And it's a friggin full desktop OS that is super snappy and responsive and i can do anything i do on my desktop system (apart from latest DirectX 11 games of course and even that isn't because of RAM, but because of graphics).
