If that is true, should,nt just a release in one Country do the same? Minding the fact that thay are probably having servers for every country they sell that shouldn,t be the biggest problem of them all... At least, in my opinion.

Anyway, i never said that, i said that if what you claim would be true that would mean Nokia(Better said microsoft) is acting idiotic and experimenting on it's users. Hopefully with cheap phones so the repair will cost less and not complain to much about it. I know how the roll out work and i know that is not for everybody. What i don't understand is why;). I used 930 and 635 dualsim in a local store in Germany. Apparently Cyan is out and running and probably selling. Are they testers? Do they make some labrats out of the wp 8.1 users? So shouldn't this update be released everywhere in the same time? Yes it should. Should Nokia wake up and work faster, oh yeah, they should. Is the biggest software company in the world acting weird and with lack of interest. It should be, cause otherwise i can't understand how a company that have done so many operating systems is taking 4 years to release a "frqin" good mobile operating system that is still to wait.
