Thank u Attia for sharing useful stuff...Actually my battery backup is good but the blue screen appeared twice before three days but till now i didnt got the blue screen... let see if error occurs in future then i'll change the motherboard & is there any network problem after downgradation bcoz many posted network signal issue after downgradation?

vini, 16 Dec 2014I brought grand2(Pre-installed kitkat 4.4.2) black 2 weeks ... moreVine, I had the same problem after upgrading to kk 4.4.2. I have tried everything to solve the instability issue but nothing works. Do not waste time trying wiping cache, factory reset,..etc. My phone was still in a warranty and they informed me that kk 4.4.2 ruins the motherboard. I got it replaced for free and they advised me not to upgrade the firmware to kk unless they have the official one. Now my phone is working perfect on jb 4.3. By the way the told me that the motherboard that comes with grand 2 has problems and Samsung company gave them better one to replace the defected ones. I had it now for 3 months and working better than when I first bought it

I brought grand2(Pre-installed kitkat 4.4.2) black 2 weeks before.. No problem till then but now my phone got blue screen & restarted twice... how can i solve this problem and is it possible to downgrade to JB4.3 and also suggest the effects from downgradation..Plz......

i have 3 variant of galaxy grand..grand duos,grand 2 n grand prime..the most worst between them is grand 2 after 4.4.2 updates...all system r lagging,auto restart,n some application force stop...n the most worst is,my clash of clan can be play as usual...it stucks while playing...very dissapointed updates...help me to fix this issue please...tq

It solved the blue screen & restart phone
but GPS not working......very angry, why samsung did not test the software properly before launch the update.
