i still didn't get the uptade of kitkat in my grand 2. I live in KSA. let me know when will I get the update for my device

Hey friend I bought a galaxy grand 2 today but when I upgrad a kitkat version than some problems create like a I cant delete video from MX Player And Can't Chang storage directory Phone Storage To Memory card in Xender So Plz Help me.....

They will update your phone again with whole binary.
My all problem gets solved just in few minutes.
They return my phone after 20 minutes.
I ask them that what you do woth my phone. They said that we updated your phone again with full binary size between 3gb to 4gb

My Grand 2 was awful. It has CPU problem and kit kat does't work very well in Grand 2 device.

hi,
anybody with continuous rebooting problem with samsung galaxy grand 2 after updating to kitkat? here is what has saved me when i was having the same issue. just switch off then swich on and when the samsung and model numbers comes in the screen, keep the low volume key till the home screen appears. this will open the phone in safe mode and you are done! it will say softare updated successfully.

before the installation of the kitkat update, the update said that upgrading your device to kitkat is irreversible. so you'll have to live with it.
