If u face any problem just go to setting-acounts-factory data reset. Reset the factory data. Or switch of your phone then hold volume up+menu+power button the screen goes on then choose the factory reset or wipe data and then wait for the process when the process is completed choose reboot option.

I was updated my grand 2 last monday i dont have any problem i think you must update for kitkat.but you must download the two stability update. They aapears when kitkat update is complete.just turn on your mobil data and chek for update after installing kitkat thank you. Recently i m updated my grand 2 for kitkat and after updat keep mobil data start then u will get 2 stability update install them..then u dont get any problem

Guyzz if u facing any problm aftr updating only just do d factor reset in setting..or pres vol. Up + menu+power and hold on a sec. Aftr swtich of den scrn on n den chos a factry reset or wipe data then rebot..u r any problm wil b slov..n u stands for kitkat..;)..

After updating to kitkat. In camera if we click in HDR mode the pics arr over exposed. Or over bright. Please let me know if anyone facing this problem to.

Nothing... No problem with Kitkat 4.4.2 update...
Actually after that update phone restarted by its own but by holding volume down button start it in safe mode..
After safe mode restart it..
After that i got 2 stability updates again.. Installed it..
now its running with no problem... try it.. Kitkat is awsome.......

Hi everyone,
Samsung has pushed another stability update of approximately 11mb. Follow these steps
1. Install the update
2. Clear cache, clear data and Uninstall each application
3. Reset the device by factory reset
Will restart issue will vanish

from last few days after update to 4.4.2 my phone reboot with a blue screen any time. Sometimes its in locked state and it reboots itself with bluescreen ..
I donno xactly at what point the restart problem in my phone started.... but it restarts 3 to 4 times a day
I did a factory reset but the problem still persists.
The screen gets blue...and it restarts

Take a backup using kies then remove memory card and finally factory reset.After completing the above steps then update.No issues
