"Err, copying? Apple isnt the only phone maker to use full touchscreen displays - plus its the next gen of phone interface technology, so eventually all phones will use it. Besides, if Apple actually made a phone that worked properly, I think I'd drop dead from shock."

Isnt this statement fair?

I never though apple would put a radio in their phones (Because I thought they might think it would affect iTunes sales)

In my opinion with the software and hardware this next coming release should have come out when the first gen came out.

Looking like a really good phone now, and only really lacking camera flash and maybe more megapixels.

Seems like Apple won't earn my business on this 2009 iphone, even though my wife is using iphone 3G currently.

She is quite happy with the phone overall. She doesn't care about the better quality cam, as I just got her a Canon Ixus100. (size does matter for ladies)

She does look for a radio in her phone, as currently her other phone (Moto K3) doesn't have radio either. She loves certain talk show every morning.

Yes, the radio program is available online, though she doesn't want to spend extra $ for unnecessary data charges. (iphone plan where I live only includes 500mb every month) Sitting at a place with wifi for near 3 hours (how long the radio program is) is also out of the question, as if she listens to the radio program via wifi or 3G, the battery would probably be drained dead (at least for other purposes)

Then personally I would like a secondary cam so I can see her face as soon as I get off work. Really missed that since she switched to iphone 3G. Subscribing another 3G line merely for video call capability seems silly in her mind. (as she wouldn't want to switch her own 2G line into 3G, and no way she would carry a 3rd phone merely for 3G)

The above is just my personal opinion as an iphone customer (I paid for my wife's iphone). If you don't like what I said, no need to waste your time to reply. I think everybody's needs should be respected.

Why on God's earth would anyone even want to SETTLE for an iPhone?
                              It's trash quite frankly.

No bluetooth music streaming and/or file transfers (video is out of the question)
No drag and drop file juggling
No Flash support inside Safari (where the heck is Opera Mobile for this thing)
                              No Java
                              No copy and paste
                              No front camera
                              No video recording
                              No video calls
                              No user replaceable battery
                              No radio
                              No VGA resolution
No IR port (it's something I take for granted, using my phone as a remote for well...anything just about)
                              No physical keyboard
No external storage card support (Micro SDHC cards are up to 32 GB now, 8GB is NOT enough these days, especially for a media device)
No voice command (WM devices and even some "el-cheapo" phones have featured this for years now)
No MMS (it doesn't have phone-to-phone MMS, it has phone-to-air-to-phone picture sharing necessitating a data plan)
No Live TV (that doesnt require you to be connected to an app like Orb on your home PC, which defeats the purpose, why would I want to watch it on a dinky non VGA screen instead of just on my home PC when im at home anyways)
                              No camera flash
                              No camera zoom
Same old, subpar, 2 MP camera for that matter
                              No multitasking
                              Limited video format support
                              Limited picture format support
Limited file format support in general
Only 128 MB of RAM (cant run many apps simultaneously, new WM phones are getting 256+ MB of RAM, with 220+ MB free on bootup, and with the Appstore opening up and 3rd party apps making their way to the phone, Apple is behind on the times)

Hey Guys ! I think that iPhone has the coolest touchscreen. I've tryied the HTC's, NOKIA's , SAMSUNG's and none of them compared with the iPhone screen response. About the functions it's a bit rusty ,buttttttttt if u look at iPhone sales U will be surprised. It's the first phone made by Apple and the other companies are trying to compete with it and that thing it's a bitt strange because other phone companies have old tradition in phone making and iPhone already made the next step in phone aspect and software ;) .Further more i await the next iPhone with more functions and to be not so restrictive about certain functions of a normal phone . Good Job Apple!
