Sony Xperia Z3 Compact specs promise a mini flagship

How about normal size like 4 or 4.3" display? We're not all 2m tall to have big hands. Compact means smaller last time I checked. VW Golf is a compact car, VW CC is the flagship. There are also girls who use these phones.

It will be too big for a "compact". Bigger, than Z1C. :(
This is a phablet, not a compact phone.
The only phone this year from sony, which is under 4,5 incehs, is Z1C. I would like more phone size phones, NOT phablets.

But a 4.6" 16:9 display is 57mm wide, so it is totally plausible that the phone will be within 65mm.
Doing some calculus from the centre of the image ignoring the bumper it will be 14/13*57mm or 62mm wide. That would be really fantastic!!!
But yes, about 2.08 : 1 overall so around 129mm high.

Ok width seems to go over 65 mm wich is almost my personal max (66/67). Or maybe its even close to 67, we have to see that .
Ergonomically thats the most important dimension where one gains most progression in usability terms.
Phones at +70 mm widt are so clumsy ..
i look at the design more then you , i guess, and then i am disturbd by the total length of this phone wich is about 13,5 cm. I am just a freak that wants a rectangle with rounded edges under the 1,95 ratio !
Looking at the LG G2 mini just because i like the shape n roundednes n wouldnt mind saving €150,- compared to z1 compact wich cam isnt that great at all really. Dont let you get fooled! Body is quickly harmed , and battery not removable .. mm oh yea front glass sucks ..
I know , for the rest , the SOny compact totally rocks i know ..

I hope it will get a 4.7" or 4.8" display, would be the perfect size, not too small like iphone and not too large like phablets. And hopefully it will have the specs of the z3. would be a beast then.

Top and bottom bezels are still too big, Z3 use onscreen buttons so there should not be any bottom bezel at all!

I don't care that much about the looks, but to FINALLY get a 3Gb FullHD phone with a modern cpu in about 65mm width will be fantastic for me.
The width is important for one hand operation, the length does not really matter for usage - only aesthetics.
(But sure I would have preferred less top&bottom bezels too)
Not that the images of the source seems to show the phone in a 'clear jewel case' so the real bezels are less. :-D
