For a change somebody else apart from Apple is suing Samsung. They really need to work on relationship building. They definitely need each other, everyone of them need each other. because not one company is perfect at doing everything. They can not work in singularity. They will fall and always get sued like this. Come on Sammy you are better than this.
You can start with not taking a dig at Apple in each and every Ad of your and start focusing on selling our own product with your product features and not using somebody as a shoulder to shoot up your own sales. Start being innovative with your Ads. They look too Apple obsessed.

A Samsung user recommends buying a Samsung phone and this continues till a major chunk of market is capture low end to high end market. cant afford a high end device there is always a low end device. they didn't have much competition ( in 2010) in low end market from apple, sony or anyone else if they did they wouldn't have been so successful. Now its a different story Samsung phones become ridiculously expensive and the underdogs are now flooding the market with cheaper and better devices

Sammy's is over!
After Nokia, BB and next would be Sammy to cease phone business.
I anticipate Sammy will sell off its mobile business and just focusing on components (RAM, CPU, memory, display, camera module,,,etc) makings that they're always good at.

Samsung is already international. It have people / employees everywhere, not just Korea.
They commit bad acts.. license do not pay, copying without license, insulting other company via advertisement, insulting other company via paid trolls.
You do not need to be in US to sue them. Because they are already rotten.
