I think finally someone inside this company's understand that while they where in court fighting, the chinese company's where copying and making similar phones and gaining market. it's the payback to this company's, they look for cheap production costs and then the chinese gain's the know-how to make similiar equipament's.

Move on Apple n Samsung! Spend on R&D instead.
