Oh and lets not forget that mobile devices cost much in EU than in the US. Like what costs there 250$ costs here 250€. PLUS to that in my country we have 27% TAXes...

What the hell Motorola? If this is true then you should get your shit together. Its so much more expensive then the original Moto G and it has nothing new but bigger screen and better cam. This cant be true. Maybe GSMarena is wrong about the specs ( I REALLY hope so), or Motorola just went Apple.

I'm too more interested in Lumia 730 than this. Android since ICS (4.0) is circling around.

Horrible they increased the size to 5". Moto G was perfect not only because of its price but because of the screen size.I was waiting to buy this phone but now will get the Nokia with 4.7" instead.
They went mainstream with the 5" one which will cost them.

So... for extra €90 you get 5" screen, slightly better graphics, better camera, dual SIM and microSD?

Totally not worth it. They should have given it more RAM (2 GB) to make it even, but as it is it's too expensive and the Moto G 4G is a better choice (For €160 you get LTE and microSD over the regular Moto G), or also the Moto G 16 GB Dual SIM even.

Motorola dropped the ball on this one.

                                  I bought my Moto G (8GB) at € 179 a month or 2 after release. How is € 250 double of € 179?
                                  Please explain.

Anonymous, 11 Aug 2014If its priced like this, upcoming NL730 is going to chew it... moreThe difference is much bigger than 50 dollars, as the Lumia 730 will be selling for 240 dollars not euros, so the difference is around 80-90 dollars. Anyway, for the current info, the Lumia 730 will be killing it indeed, it's better and much cheaper. It's seems the flag of the go-to-all-around affordable smartphone will go back to the Lumia camp.

This is the exact opposite of what I wanted. I wanted a G with 2 GB of RAM at the same size, not a bigger one that still has 1 GB!
