At 12%, Apple isn't dominating any market.

Not.
One.
Bit.

Please stop with the Apple Reality Distortion Field.

BB has already dead. Just ignore it.

For Microsoft, I'm very puzzled why they still did not realize each day they are loosing market share.

Just ask them a very simple question: If I want to switch from iOS or Android, can I have all the similar apps in Windows 8?

But the answer is NO! There are so many important apps are not available Windows Apps store.

Microsoft should fire Stephen Elop for his failure to improve the no. of apps in Windows Apps store.

Due to the high spec entry level prices especially offered by Xiaomi, the Windows resurgence has all but been halted.

Blackberry lost ground as only in 2013 did it offer a secondary camera, the discount prices if the Lumia 520 has all but halted

Blackberry and Nokia need to offer phones that are at the very least Dual Core and have a secondary camera to be an alternative.

The IFA will be a defining event clearly because Apple are announcing a day before the event ends and everybody appears to be showcasing a phone

The launch of the iPhone6 will not set new records as the price increase will not be matched by any improvements in specification that justify it.

The market is competing on price and I mention Xiaomi again who are pickpocketing phone sales, ie picking one pocket to leave a high end phone and the other pocket for the saving

RRP is or will be an indicative price and all suppliers if they want to maintain sales will need to cut prices.
my next contract almost certainly will cost less, despite getting a phone

Apple will remain strong in the west by in emerging markets its position is becoming like that of a niche supplier as again TWO Mi 4 can be bought for the price of the 4.7" iPhone6

The price differentials from mid range to premium are to high, those who stay inflexible to that will lose market share

The first 14 days of September will be defining

I love windows phone. Its slow pace in catching up with Android and IOS is really disappointing. Hope to see a more aggressive approach by Microsoft to shapen the future of smartphones

The shity stats of WP is because they took two quarters to,release that useless 930 and the 8.1 update. I bet the stats would be a bit better maybe 5 per share. If they were not been so lazy.i hope they learn from this.
