For the people who are In India but cannot update to kitkat is due to the build number is different from the kitkat version available so wait until the build number of your version has kitkat update

I got 4.4.2 but air gesture is not working on lock screen. ..bfore it was very attractive. .
But now album art is displayed on lock screen while playing music

I contacted samsung service centre to upgrade my note 3 neo to kitkat version .so the executive told me that this version is not available in there.
