There's a lot of ways to transfer files from the phone to the computer; personally I favour Airdroid, very useful app.

All in all Xiaomi is doing well but im very worried about their persistence in pushing "no sd card support", tis is exactly what Google want and its important that the other manufacturers do not follow, its already a problem now with the Galaxy Alpha and high end Lumia phones. Dangerous, do not let Google win this war, everyone should do their share and boycott Galaxy Alpha as its now the main adversary for the no card policy.

And I should pay for the "privilege" to buy stuff from iTunes - are you kidding me? If you want to buy music, videos, etc. there are plenty of places that you can do so, such as Google Play, Amazon, XBox Music, etc. - hundreds of online stores. Not to mention that you can simply use spotify, deezer, etc. to listen to music or take netflix subscription to watch whatever you want. Get out from home from time to time - see the World.
As for the repairs that Apple can do - I have had mobile phones/smartphones for the last 20 years (Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony Ericsson, Panasonic, Sony, HTC, Samsung, etc.) and I have never ever had to have a phone repaired. But of course if you buy phones like Apple that offer you the "premium" feature of getting broken, then you probably need to get support. Also in countries like Italy the authorities had to go through court to make Apple offer two year warranty as required by law and as everybody else is offering. And the similar actions were taken in other EU countries such as Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg, etc.
When will you, Apple fans, wake up and see that Apple offers nothing more than others and is just milking you till you bleed?

For example, seamless integration between their other devices, iTunes purchases and their Apple support team at the Apple Store. Whenever I have an issue with my device, I just walk into any store and they help straight away. And that's all part of the money I paid for the phone. No other mainstream company can offer that.

As for the comment people buy cheap Android? SO whats it to do with you? people buy Phones to make phone calls and text you don't need to buy a $800 phone just to do that.
Apple have a cheap phone too called the iPhone 5C oh wait it was 2010 tech and was only around $100 cheaper then the somewhat more "modern" iPhone 5S and i use that term loosely.
Next you are going to say that the MAC OS rules the PC market? Stat fiddler? Thats what Apple does, just so the MAC OS looks better in the PC Market they included the iPad sales. Try running the exact same software on a MAC OS and the IOS system it doesn't work as such shouldn't even be included but that's another story.

The point that Apple charges silly money for a product with fewer features and functionality. The point being that the phone is made in China, just like most the other phones.
