The Moto G2 retail box caught in a retailer's warehouse

I have purchased a Moto g2 two weeks back from flipkart but today I noticed 2-3 scratches on the screen so I am really very sad and surprised too since the company claims that it has Gorilla glass 3.now I want to know what to do?Can I think that the company has compromised with the glass quality. I contacted with flipkart but they refused to help me. Earler I used Nokia mobile with gorilla glass for three years but had no such issues like scratches. Please help me out.
