Sony phones are lovely: the user interfaces, the themes, the inards, etc. But how long wil it take sony to realize that the upper and lower bezels of their smartphones are becoming obsoletely larger than normal. Sony should take lessons from samsung galaxy alpha, note 3 and Note 4, LG G2 and G3, Xiaomi Mi4, Meizu MX4, etc. Sony and HTC need to get out of stubbonness...and realize customers care about screen-body ratios of smartphones now more than ever before! Goodluck to Sony in their future endeavours.

whatever, they even perfected an excellent camera now, do look at the Z3C camera samples in the GSMA blog...better than anything around now, and can't wait to see lowlight performance with the upped ISO

This time i think they think they have done enough to bring peoples attention to their z series and they think they can take a step back, i.e with z3 spec aswell as downgrading the compact spec. Napping again i think, or as somebody has said it is jus a z2 plus and the real upgrade will be the next one whixh would make sense and still make them on the annual cycle.

Snapdragon 801 is outdated? 805 will change everything?
What about Tegra K1? :/ I think all these processors are very capable.
And why fight over VR? You're not gonna play games on it any day soon... I don't think samsung's VR is gonna change anything TODAY. People would rather get VR with gaming consoles instead of their mobile devices.

People, people! Don't try to defend the major flaws of Sony with their new Z3, they will not pay you for that, instead, they will only try get your hard earned money for a thing of the past. Not only it's just another smartphone, it even uses a year old processor! Just wow! Now, behold of the Note 4, it's not just another smartphone, it's a mobile VR device unlike the world has ever seen! Hail to the great King of Mobile world! Hail Samsung! Peace! :)

It is still an improvement on the Z2, nevertheless. More robust and classy metal frame, lighter, thinner, faster process which is clocked higher and that screen! As someone who is also using the G3, I can assure peeps, the quality QHD screen is hardly noticeable over FHD.
