Don't you know 1GB of Ram for Windows Phone is equal to 3GB of ram for Android. For Windows Phone, this hardware specs is affordable flaship. Not like Moto G which is midrange

No thank you. This won't go well. If you would have released the 930 then people might have bought few. But with this price and spec. I dont think so. Can get better smartphone for this price. Why don't you sell it around 19-20K. It will be huge it.

Haha they will sell 10 of these between October and December. Plus it has almost zero trade in value being a Nokia. Dealers don't want to exchange these phones. They are completely dead investment. And the plastic shell at the back sucks seriously. It feels hollow in all these Lumia's. I used to earlier feel bad for Nokia that they are trying so hard and not getting successful. Now it is Microsoft, so it's not even that. You just hate them after looking at stuff like this at this price. Windows it seems. 6tag, 6snap, snapper.. no snapchat. No real apps. All duplicate BS. Who is MS kiddin.. The way driod and apple is going, Windows will have 1% market share by 2016. No wearables, no accessories. Just pink and green plastic all around. Look at the announcements from Motorola and Samsung. C'mon you actually think you have a chance here with those amber and black updates that no one even notices except people who by mistake bought Windows phones and now want to save their face and money and hence talk about them. Even your blogs have no new threads for days.

for that price you can get note 3 neo and for slightly more you get xperia z1 compact and htc e8.
overpriced.....for slightly less you get moto x.

Expensive windows phones don't do so well here, all i see around me are the lumia 5xx/6xx few 9xx and very rare 720, 820 1020 or 1520.
A phone in 430$ range having a 720p screen and snap dragon 400 is what people will see here.
Really how many will actually appreciate the camera? , they see it as only 10MP
Forget 4g we barely have decent 3g and most people still use 2g
I dont see how this will do well in India
If lumia 730 gets good on pricing it might do well.

Even if it's the same price with the Moto G people would still be more inclined to go for the Moto, since it's Android, and Microsoft priced it twice as high. Way to go Microsoft.

430 US dollars = 25896.7500 Indian Rupees. Price is high considering the specs. It should be under 15K then it will be hit. Xiaomi Mi3 is a lot more better than this.

Xiaomi selling snapdragon 800 for 14000 inr and
Microsoft is much bigger organisation than xiaomi so they can be more competitive or else price atleast same so
Windows can come in mainstream. .

what the author fails to realize is that the lumia 830 is aiming for the also similarly specced but more expensive S5 mini and One mini 2. Comparing the Plastic moto G with no wireless charging, no 4g , no 16 GB memory, no 10 mpx PureView OIS cam & no Slim body with the lumia 830 is very unprofessional and goes towards being biased . Every body knows that the lumia 730 duel sim is the one to compete with Moto D (2014) not the 830
