Anonymous, 11 Jun 2009I really don't get this megapixel hype on a phone. I think... moreCome on they is a lot people take photos using mobile phone. Plenty of such forum..and they are updates daily with new picture....

                    My friends surrounding me also.

                    * I won't take the SLR every days! unless any special place I plan to go or any events.

** Reply to others keep mention Megapixel is not important. Megapixel also take a part. It do made photos more sharp and capture more details, not means only for print-out.

More megapixel means more detail! Impressive spec, but phone looks a bit ugly. I am thinking either this one or the W995 with better music quality. Time for a shop visit...

I really don't get this megapixel hype on a phone. I think it's nice to have a decent camera on a phone, but realistically, it does not make sense to make a big deal of it. Why do I say that? Because I don't know of any person who takes pictures all throughout the day with their phone. Well I actually know a couple of friends who does, but they use professional cameras since photography is their passion. And a person who is passionate in taking photos would never use a camera phone, lol. The megapixel is an overrated hype on cell phones that the consumers have fallen into. Sad. Thanks to Apple for producing the iphone. A smartphone that truly make sense.

What do you mean this phone is only being released now?

It already won an award for being released and that was a few months ago.

Nokia must have bought the award off TIPA.

The Sharp Aquos also has a CCD sensor unlike the CMOS used in this phone.
