My prediction for Apple to equip 3GB RAM in the iPhone will only happen after 10 years from now which is iPhone 16 in 2024.

The 2GB in my S5 allows me to do this... Run a dash cam DVR app, a music player playing a FLAC file and Chrome ALL at the same time in the foreground. That's multitasking power the iPhone does not have!

cant wait for apple to use this as a reason cull any updates a year from now when the have better mutlitasking on the next iphone with more ram lol. if i were an iphone 6 owners id sell after 6 months

Hey Apple ... moreIphone uses 1GB and it's at the same level as those "modern day devices" that uses 3GB RAM. Do you see the point yet? You just don't see it. In your little mind, a high device = high specs. In other peoples minds, a high device = Luxury and USABILITY that means specs that we need.
For you , 2014 3GB ram, 2015 4Gb ram, 2016 5Gb Ram... you automatically label them THE LATEST AND HIGH END. Grow up. It's a phone, not an internet server.

And don't tell me that android phones age equally badly, sure but I pay them half or 1/4th as much.
Premium price should carry premium hardware, in iPhone ' s case that's clearly not a priority...
