you realize that alot of the iPhone parts are from Samsung right?
If you knew this, you would also realize that when the 3G came out, Samsung also released their version of the 8 and 16GB omnia. ~
copycats? i guess you could call it that, but they are just variants of each other. Apple sells out all their units, Samsung gets a cut. Samsung sells their OmniaHD + Louvre (pretty much same phone) and they get sales too. Clearly there's a reason why Samsung still made profit this year, even if it was less than before, they had positive gains.

And you did just for ... moreanother thing to mention, is do you know what jd powers is? it's not base off the product but customer satisfaction, cause if it was base off the actual product, then no american vechile would have ever won one. it would constantly keep giving those awards to over seas companies like mercedes, bmw, honda, toyota and etc.... next time check your facts before saying something as silly as you did and your previous message. typical iphone users to bash something they don't have and then when they finally get it's so much better then anyone else who've had it for years.

-there's more RAM for buffering,
-the faster processor and PowerVR SBX graphics will render it faster than a flashplayer which can only run on the CPU,
-there are less background applications running,
-data can be downloaded at 7.2 Mbps on the faster networks European's keep going on about in Australia our fastest network is now up to 14.4Mbps meanwhile the N97 is throttled to 3.6Mbps HSDPA.
Besides Adobe Flash is a closed proprietry system, why should web users and creators be forced to use their products, I thought Europeans held thselves up as supporting open standards, yet here you are actively promoting closed ones.

And you did just for ... moreyou are quite silly and for as jd power goes,give me a break. the iphone has a larger market over here then the nokia nseries products, so it's obivious it will dominate and recieve more accolades then the nseries devices. yet in europe or asia the iphone doesn't even come close. for as the flash crap with news and the apps for viewing their videos, they just came out with those apps not too long ago which still takes forever to fully update and still is not and real time. those apps have to load with the silly little symbol on the bottom indicating "loading." obvious you like having bulging pockets in the club or maybe you have a purse to carry around a digital camera, that's pretty practical or are you a women and have a purse. seeing women don't like carrying around a purse, must have your camera strap around your wrist. hope you don't damage it. i can buy what i want cause i have money to buy it so choice for me and trying a new product is nothing.

First thing I do when I install Firefox on a new system is add the NoScript extension so I can block Flash.
What are you paid by Adobe to promote their products?
The iPhone doesn't need flash, smart web developers know which side their bread is buttered on and adapt their sites accordingly, it would be good to see other manufacturers stand up to Adobe's attempt to monopolise the Internet.

As pretty as they make this phone and its interface, the continued use of a 4:3 ratio screen means they can shove it! The Samsung i8910 has everything I need in a phone including proper MMS, a real camera with a flash, high quality HD video recording (720p), real Bluetooth support, multiple codec support, memory card support and a 16:9 ratio screen to make use of all those 16:9 ratio TV shows we watch in this day and age! Apple and their very pretty phone can stay in the iron-age watching cropped TV and cropped movies via that cult called iTunes!

as you can see Apple did receive very high scores in JD Powers survey. Actually higher than all the other manufacturers. And the study was across closer to 20,000 phone users not 200 as you erroneously point out.
I really do not understand why so many of you take your mobile phones so seriously. They are after all just a phone....nothing more....they won't make you smarter, although heavens know that you could use to be smarter.

sorry to break it to you but the iphone never received 100% satisfaction, it did not even surpassed 80% and this surveys are inaccurate. they are based on 200 ownsers not on every owner so i can't see how 200 people can speak for other millions of owners and 7 out of 10 people were already apple costumers before they had an iphone means they are loyal to the company.

oh really ? haha that's why apple didn't implement a video because of the insufficient ram , that's why there are not millions of iphone users on flickr uploading photos taken by iphone everyday, you're not telling me these millions of users wouldn't enjoy if the camera of the iphone would have been at least 5 megapixel with a wider sensor ?. iphone users always try to find excuses but at the end of the day they know their phone sucks they just don't want to admit it and their mentality when they come up with the insufficient ram crap wow someone must be live in the year 2000
