The crack is much severe case than the bend issue and there tons of android issues that haven't been spoken yet.

Apple is lying...again! Any engineer would know that a flat surface is more prone to bending than a curved one. Unless they don't have one, or just don't care.

Thought as much...some weird response. wonder why they didn't mention their monkey/orangutan sapphire glass in the whole retraining people to handle thier phones speach. at least they actually acknowledge to have "iBEND" technology and equipment to verify if it was accidental or not.

Just another defect, their is always some percentage of a yield. Probably a bad batch of Aluminum frames. I am sure there are thousands of batches and a percentage of those batches will have a low yield.

lol? 9 is not A LOT? are you kidding? the phone just hit the market. if in few days already 9 people managed to bend their precious new phones, imagine the problem over 1 full year.
