I have lots of friends with different likes and tastes. Only few of us have iPhones.
The truth is that everybody who have tried the iPhone says and thinks that it is an outstanding device - very easy and fun to use with wery usefull capabilities. Of course people have different needs and budgets so somebody would go for a phone with superior camera capabilities, somebody else for a cheap little phone just to call and send texts. The lucky ones who have the money can buy the iPone and have the best device for internet, media and games.
Everybody should be hapy with his chices and not talk rude just because they don`t have the money to buy it.

Its actually faster and smoother, copy and paste is best copy and paste ive ever seen on a phone, even better than blackberry!
The compass is really cool and you can share your location with other people.
The mains charger is tiny, thinner than the nokia one!

The iPhone excels with graphics (three dimensionally), touchscreen, operating system (if you have owned both an S60 v5 device and an iPhone you will know what I'm talking about) and it's only fair to compare the N97 to the new 3G S (As they are both new and are released at times that are not too far apart) which adds more things to the list. These include processor and ram which are both almost double what the N97 has to offer.

So, i've read some of the comments on this thread. It's pretty hillarious, heh.
I'm not an iPhone fan. I'm not any type of brand fan, really. I own a Blackberry 8900 Curve and a Nokia 5220 Xpressmusic, which is worlds appart.
Anyway, my point is, if you look past the brand hype, version 3.0 of the iPhone firmware is pretty usable IMO, and here's where i would consider it as a possible upgrade for my Nokia. Anything before 3.0 required effort to make it do the stuff I take for granted.
There are still a few shortcomings, but these are forgivable. I give a thumbs up.

samsung scared of wifi statment isn't right.
original blackjack in korea had wifi but AT&T took out of wifi option for money earning purpose.

Just upgraded to 3.0 OS and so far so good. I really like the upgrades specifically typing in landscape mode, sending MMS messages, and do cut-copy-paste. I'm a very happy and very satisfied iPhone owner. Cheers to Apple!

So I say "so what if Apple only put in MMS now?". We've been emailing photos with our iphone. MMS is not that important for us, but of course it would be nice to have as BACK UP, because we would still prefer to email photos rather than MMS.
