They should completely stick to high end and higher-mid range phones, never make a low end/mid range phone again.. Their next portfolio should be a flagship phone (One M9) a Compact phone (M9 mini) and a Desire phone.

a 13mp front facing cam will add an additional 30 euro at the price of the phone only to be likes by some stupid selfie-crazed girls. a 3mp front facing cam with 1080p video rec. and auto-focus is more than enough.

HTC really needs to make one good device, they keep on making multiple devices which is why their sales are bad, don't try doing a Samsung move and making multiple variants of one device, it makes updates hard to do. No wonder Apple does well, even though they aren't highly specified they run the latest operating system with one, well 3, primary focused devices.
