Samy, 07 Oct 2014You know apple's not doing it right when I still can't find... moreTheres too many reasons to upgrade from iPad 3 to iPad Air, like Lightning connector, bezel size and most of all the twice as powerful chipset that makes a night and day difference in graphics performance.
Upgrading from Air to Air 2 is harder to justify, its in essence just the camera and the motion processor that allows for better video stabilization. I think Air2 should have kept the 7.5mm thickness and used the extra space for a bigger battery instead (not that Air has bad battery, not at all).
Lets hope the iPad 4 disappears and that the Air takes its place and price, Air is still a great buy and will be even better at the lower price of the current iPad 4.

be very useful for multitasking.
This will kill the Notebook/laptop bussiness.
I think APPLE start to enter the desktop segment direct compete to challenge Microsoft Surface pro tablet.
Nexus 9 still with mobile non multitasking OS.

Instead wasting time to figure our how to slash 0.5 mm, why don't Apple think how to make iPad Air 2 to have multi-tasking like in MacBook Air and increase RAM to 4GB?
Replace to physical hard button with soft button and increase the screen size to 11" is a good thing to do.

Imagine watching iTunes digital copies on those. I know there are alternatives to itunes but I like the way Apple organizes their movies and music.
