They need to make one with 256gb. I can barely fit anything on my 128gb iphone 6. An ipad would be more useful for multimedia than an iPhone.

You know apple's not doing it right when I still can't find a reason to update my ipad 3. And who cares about thickness? Give us good battery life and a make it light-weight. Its not like its going in my pocket for God's sake

And still it doesn't match my Sony Z2 tablet.... And I bet it won't be waterproof either.
            Ups... Better luck next time!

Ipad's weren't suppose to use laminated display as Apple said before that a laminated display this size could be fragile and screen underneath gorila glass could be damaged, and yes that was a good excuse, but why now..?? But apart from all this Fragility issues laminated displays gives far better colours and reflectivity.

The best available Display crown belongs to the Note 4, not iphone 6.

Should have kept it at 7.5 mm this thinness race is as stupid as the megapixel race. Stop with it already.

Guess this screen is going to take the "best display available" crown from iPhone 6.

Sounds like crap hardware that is thin... I bought my parents an iPad Air and now I regret it. Btw, you can feel it very well that it has only 1 GB of RAM - you open a few tabs in the browser and it can't keep applications in the background...

AnonD-302151, 07 Oct 2014yea right cuz the touch ID we've seen for years on iPads an... moreThe A8 chip can hardly be called an improvement over the A7. It's not much faster, like the A7 was over the A6. So in real life performance I bet you can hardly notice the chip improvement. As to the Touch ID, I'm yet to see Apple users find that a feature worth upgrading their current iPad for..
IMHO Apple is not reaching their full potential; no significant chip update, less new features, appalling new design with obtrusive lens and plastic strips on back, not using the 'i' for the iWatch but calling it Apple Watch, and so on.. pity.
