Does 65k colours make any difference 2 de 256k or 16million? I personally could'nt see much difference. I agree with the guy saying that S60 touch (v5) is still a toddler and WinMo is better than even Apple and BlackBerry combined. I would even opt for Android or Palm's WebOS. Btw this phone is the bomb. Go Sammy!

This seems to be a good one. Could be my next mobile phone. but its a tough decision between omnia HD and omnia II. I personally have more liking toward omnia HD, but this one is also a beast :).

where is the xenon flash? where is the 8 mp cam? i dont care about the megapixels but i'm afraid they'll end up using the same CRAPPY sensor/lens found on the original omnia =/

Anonymous, 02 Jul 2009I had an Omnia which failed to work after multiple efforts ... moreI currently have the Omnia i900 & have installed spb mobile shell 3.0 which is more finger friendly but yes I do still have to use a stylus on some things like in messaging, but it looks like Samsung has gone deeper into windows mobile on the i8000 & replaced almost every part of win mobile so should be more finger friendly & with Win mobile 6.5 it should hopefully be even more finger friendly, waiting for a full review on a release model thought.

I had an Omnia which failed to work after multiple efforts by myself and Vodafone. Now have a Storm which is passable but not free of faults and frustration by any means. This new Omnia looks very tempting, but I hate the use of a stylus, but like the file handling and compatibility with my computer. Really not sure now whether to go Omnia again or wait for Storm 2. Advice welcomed especially if others have experience of either or both devices.

Wish this phone was out now, No other handset really compares!
Samsung Jet is great, but its not a smart phone
Nokia n97 Is a joke! it's an QWERT N95
Samsung i8910, Is brilliant but only available on Orange, (which is a no no for me, Can't get signal at work or at home!) Symbian 5th Edition is very young, It needs a lot of development I am afraid that in 6 months, it will be negletted by Samsung and will not have firmware updates.
I just wish that Samsung put there 12MP camera in this little beauty!
