New Huawei Kirin chip to stick with 1+3+4 CPU architecture but with more powerful cores
Huawei is working on a new Kirin 9 series chip with improved CPU performance. Leaksters from China revealed that the processor will have the same 1+3+4 architecture as the Kirin 9010 platform, but with more powerful cores.
The SoC will be an in-house project, and it will be manufactured on a 7nm Pro Plus technology.
Huawei is working with SMIC, a major semiconductor manufacturer in China, to build its new Kirin chips. Company officials revealed earlier this year that it wants to further develop and work with the 7nm process technology before moving forward towards 5nm and 3nm.
The new chip may or may not debut in the Huawei Mate 70 series. The new flagships are still shrouded in mystery but some sources claim they will arrive next month.

Pura 80 will have continuous zoom 3x to 8x optical zoom, so my pura 70 ultra has 3.5x optical zoom but supports upto 5x portraits so pura 80 flagship may support 10x portraits.
