Oppo Find N5 won’t make its way to Europe

Last week, Oppo held a global launch event for its Find N5 in Singapore. The foldable is expected to make its way to more markets, including Europe, but we now have confirmation that the Old Continent will not be part of Oppo’s launch plans for the Find N5.

The brand issued an official statement reiterating Oppo’s plans to skip the Find N5 in Europe. The reasoning is based on “in-depth market research and strategic priorities”. Oppo did confirm its plans to launch the Reno13 series later today.

The Find N5 will not be launching in Europe. Instead, In Q1 2025, we will introduce the Reno13 series across Europe on February 24, offering consumers more choices with cutting-edge AI features and stylish, trend-forward designs. Stay tuned for updates.

We already know the Find N5 won’t make its way to the US, where Oppo is not officially selling its phones. OnePlus is not planning to bring the Find N5 under its own branding either. This leaves China, Singapore and other markets across Asia as the only places where you can officially buy the Find N5.

Foldable phones won't make a big difference in their sale targets. It is simply easier to just release it in China because if enthusiast wants to buy it they can.

Probably it’s about their accumulator,some problem with rights in Europe.New technologies,envy and patent denial.

They sent review units to UK reviewers and held a briefing about the N5 in London. So looks like it was a very last minute decision not to launch in Europe. I wonder why they changed their minds. The NotFound N5...
