Redmi A4 5G announced in India as the first Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 phone
The first Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 phone is here with the freshly announced Redmi A4 5G. The device will launch in India soon with a retail price of under INR 10,000 ($120), which would make it one of the most affordable 5G phones in the country.
Redmi A4 5G bears resemblance to the Redmi 14R and Redmi 14C with a large circular camera island with a 50MP main cam.

Xiaomi did not reveal Redmi A4 5G’s full spec sheet but the device is expected to carry a 6.7-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Rumors also point to an 8MP front-facing shooter as well as a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support.

So you want a good screen over the rest of the phone hardware ? Like the rest dont cost anything ? 35 bucks for the screen is already a lot of the budget to make a phone for 100 euro as the end product price

Most phones around $100 are only 4G. Rarely will you find a 5G smartphone at this price without some kind of locked-to-contract pairing. Simply put, 5G is not necessary, especially in the ultra budget market where a lot of the sales are to count...
