vivo confirms some specs of the upcoming X200s

Vlad, 11 April 2025

On April 21, vivo plans on making the X200 Ultra and the X200s official, and ahead of the full unveiling, today the brand has confirmed some of the latter device's specs.

Thus, the X200s will have a 6,200 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. That's 400 mAh more than the X200 which launched last October, in the same 8mm footprint, and with added wireless charging which its predecessor didn't have.

Also according to vivo, the X200s has a 6.67-inch flat OLED screen with "1.5K" resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 2,160 Hz PWM dimming, as well as an embedded ultrasonic fingerprint sensor (yet another upgrade from the X200).

Rumor has it the X200s will sport a 50 MP main camera using Sony's IMX921 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide using Samsung's JN1 sensor, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, using Sony's Lytia LYT-600 sensor.

Not really. I do expect that they'll upgrade it in the next generation

Were you being sarcastic in the last sentence?

I don't know. They've basically been using around that size for a long time since the x80. X90, x90s, x100, x100s, x200 and x200s all with no upgrade for the main camera. Surely they'll upgrade it for the next generation
