LG G Flex 2 for Sprint gets Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OTA

Sprint quietly began seeding Android 5.1.1 Lollipop to LG G Flex 2. The the curved smartphone recently got the same same treatment in Korea.

The new firmware for the smartphone sports the version number LS996ZV6 and is the latest Android Lollipop iteration Google has to offer. The search giant recently finished updating its own lineup of Nexus devices to Android 5.1.1.

As its release number suggests, Android 5.1.1 offers bug fixes and minor improvements over Android 5.1. Factory reset protection is also included in the update.

After i updated the phone, the 4G signal is now very unstable and looses connection constantly. Google and LG need to release another update to fix this.

Im waiting for an update on my lg g flex2. Hope it will improve it, its great phone but battery life could be better.

LG G2 lollipop update is one of the best ive experience, very fast, new UI, Fasterboot and improved battery life, use PC suite to update it,U'll fall in love again, its tooooo good
