Enrique, 22 February, 2016

ZTE released information about its Premium Axon Pro’s Android 6.0 Marshmallow update.

The company outlined a few new Marshmallow features coming to the Axon Pro. Some details about the battery-saving Doze feature, and contextually-helpful Google Now on Tap.

There is a new app drawer that has found its way into the new update on the Stock launcher, promising easier ways to find your apps faster like most used apps and alphabet scrolling.

ZTE reminds us to connect to a Wi-Fi connection before downloading the 845MB update. When you are ready to take advantage of Marshmallow’s features, you can start downloading the update by finding the settings > About phone > System updates > Update now.

ZTE Axon owners shouldn’t feel left out! Information about the Marshmallow update for the ZTE Axon will be available soon.

The ZTE Axon Pro launched in July of 2015 as a premium phone for the ZTE brand with high end specifications. It features a 5.5 inch 1440p screen with a shatter-resistant Gorilla Glass 3 layer, 4GB of RAM paired with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, a 3000mAh battery, 13MP rear camera with a 2MP companion sensor, and Adreno 430 GPU.
