Xiaomi Strakz with Snapdragon 625 SoC and 4GB RAM spotted in benchmarks
A new Xiaomi smartphone - dubbed StRaKz - has been spotted in benchmarks. The device's Geekbench listing reveals it's powered by Snapdragon 625 chipset and comes with 4GB RAM.
The listing also confirms Android 8.1 Oreo for the handset. Sadly, nothing else is currently known about the Strakz. We'll keep an ear to the ground and update you once we learn more.

SD820 comes with just 4 first-gen Kryo cores. It's blazing fast as single-core performer (scores about 1300pts), but gets destroyed by octa-core CPU (namely the SD625 or the equivalent). Even worse if you get the SD820 Lite (MSM8996 Lite) as I did on...

Stop using the 625 so much. 636 should be the minimum now, even helio p60 would be nice
