The phone's full name is vivo V9 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia and arrives in Blue color. Its internals are unchanged so you are still getting Android Oreo-based Funtouch OS and Snapdragon 626. This variant, though, will have an additional pack of apps that will enable you to follow your favorite team during the tournament and interact with other owners and fans. There are also plenty of themes to personalize the phone with a proper wallpaper of your team of interest.

I dunno if Vivo is good for this "Limited Edition" phones. Even its sister companies, Oppo and OnePlus, doesn't run well on this things.

So this phone is officially available for everyone? I'm not sure if I understood correctly. The last time it was said the phone would only be for athletes and officials.
