OnePlus Ace 3V to surpass OnePlus 12 in battery life, claims president

OnePlus is set to arrive next week, and the company posted more teasers about the midranger. Today, we learned that it will have a version with 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage.

In addition, the phone should have “extremely excellent” battery life, according to Louis Jie, President of OnePlus China. He posted a screenshot on his Weibo page, claiming the Ace 3V will perform better in the long run even compared to the OnePlus 12.

OnePlus confirmed the Ace 3V will have a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset which is yet to be unveiled. We believe Qualcomm will showcase the chipset at its event next week, where we also expect to see a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 platform.

Getting back to the Ace 3V, reports are the phone will make it outside China but under the name Nord 4 (or Nord 5, depending on how superstitious OnePlus executives are). We believe this might be the case as Ace 2V relaunched as Nord 3 internationally, but official confirmation should arrive soon.

SD7+ gen 3 will be built on tsmc's n4p/n4x. So not likely a bad yield. The reason is the prime x4 core and higher GPU frequency. But being a high-end SoC it's not off the chart. In the synthetic benchmark, you can see that D8300u was consum...
