How is audio and sound output from this phone's 3.5mm jack? I've used Nokia 3310, 216 and 130 and they sound horrible through headphones. How about this one?
Plus, I'm buying it for Whatsapp, Notes, Youtube and Music; is it recommended?

Tip for sharper pictures
As it turns out the HDR function (which takes multiple exposures for better colour reproduction) was on by default, and the Nokia 1 just couldn't handle it. Once I turned HDR off sharp images became possible.

In messages does it have smart reply option ?? settings. I know go features are missing someone confirm please.

HD 720 1280 consume more data and loading speed. i still prefer 480 854. i use other HD phone for photo.

Could be a better screen. HD Ready 1280x720 screen.
480 screen is from 2010 for sure. Otherwise what I need...

I use this as my daily driver so I don't have to worry about losing or dropping etc. my new OnePlus 6. But it always amazes me when I see peeps out with their £800 smartphones. They are either very brave, stupid or both lol

This phone is fantastic value for money. The performance of everyday tasks is fine.

-Decent camera (the camera is understandably horrendous)

Just bought it yesterday. Is light and turning on and off is quite fast as compare to Xiaomi. Battery charging also quite fast not like some fellow compliant about Nokia 2. Watching movie also quite sharp. No distortion or blur picture. Only problem is opening up the phone to change SIM card. They should use the slide method then the ply open method.

It's a decent phone for those who need access to whatsapp and the internet etc. but don't care or need to play high graphic games or need to use a decent high-spec camera (duel or otherwise). I would definitely recommend the Nokia 1 as a back-up phone. So do yoursslf a favor and keep your good looking and expensive smartphone at home!!!

Its really a good phone for normal use. The people, who don't have lot of time to play with mobile or not much depend there business with mobile, they will select this one.

The phone is still quite big for a 4.5" screen and if only the camera was slightly higher resolution. Still not found a phone to replace my LG 7 II.

Thank you Nokia for listening. 4.5"" is risky release during this time, but am sure, you understood the problem of holding those big screen phones and slipping off. If only the batter life could have extended it would be of great help. I understand it would be the problem with android apps and android usage, but try to increase the battery mAh. This for sure is pocket friendly and a cute phone. Also, I need to specify the pricing. The same specs and even lower battery Motog 1st gen on flipkart is selling for 9,999...bull shit. Atleast if you released this phone a bit early I could have saved bucks. But good job
