I hope they'll sell it for an intro price of 3990 or else it'll overrated. I'd go for nokia 2 instead.

Simple answer to those asking why. This phone will offer the low users an option for a cheap affordable phone. Not everybody needs a big spec phone.

if android go is optimized for 1gb i will go for it . we don't need to have lot of animation . if it is possible to call and whatsapp that will be more than sufficient ??

Nokia does it best when it is low-range phones. Xiaomi does it well for mid-range phones and flagship for a low price phones. LG does it well for flagship phones like how their V30 is.

I am skeptical about 1GB RAM phones in 2018. It's too obsolete, even for low-end smartphones. The absolute bare mininum is 2GB RAM.

Although this is rumored but there is no difference with Nokia 2 just camera and maybe battery, i just hope HMD global created Nokia Android Go with XpressMusic or model like N series, but at least has specs with 5 inchi, 2 gb ram, 16 gb rom, 8 mp camera, 5 mp, 18: 9 ratio, fingerprint and course with battery enough with 3.400 mAh, have same prices with Nokia 2.
