the only problem is sim1 n sim2 does not work simultaneosly.for ex : if sim1 is on call then sim2 will show out of range.

I got this phone last week. I already have a Nokia 5230 but thought of buying 101 because of Battery backup(in standby:- Flipkart:600hrs, Nokia Site:25days)and Dual sim.
However I am not happy with Nokia 101. Battery is not lasting for more than 2 Days even for minimal usage!! Also sometime the battery always shows full and at the end of second day Battery Empty Alert shows up on the screen with the Battery Indicator showing "FULL Battery". This is misleading..!!

what is the stable(updated) firmware version of the phone?the one the don't have any problem about sudden reboot n automatically change to loudspeaker while on a call,,,,i got v6.65 when i purchased the phone,,,just want 2 know so that i need to go to the nokia care center or not,,,tq all,,

Ok phone,ok design. Dual simultaneously active sim,loud clear speaker. Testing with 1000mAh battery,let's see how long will go with light use.

Chester_Quilas_22, 10 Mar 2012CONS and PROS of Nokia 101: CONS: - hard to search song... morehey! thats why you need to create folders in memory card, then go to ALL SONGS, press Right or Left,few times if necessary, and then you will be able to see all created folders ;)

CONS and PROS of Nokia 101:
CONS:
- hard to search songs on its mp3 player,you have to scroll it down or up to find the song.
- no camera and flash
- a little bit laggy but then it's okay.
- can't put any downloaded themes
- no image gallery and no bluetooth
- no infrared too
- old features but it's okay
- it has no Notes to write some of your important memos.
- no voice and video recorder
PROS:
- very lightweight and very very handy
- active dual sim support
- very loud and clear speakers when playing music
- clear and loud voice call
- battery lasts for more than a day with normal usage
- long talk time of 8 hour capacity
- not very soft but it has good keypads
MY OVERALL RATING: 79 out of 100

i both this nokia about 2 days and it works perfectly very good battery life exellent mp3 player and for 30 hours playing flashlight very usefull and 2 sim cards great job Nokia big up

in my nokia101 phone i can not receive any sms,but there there was no network problem,i contact the customar care they told its ur handset problem...plz can ane one tell me how to slove the problem?????????

im using as secondary phone, bit slow, gr8 music output. Gr8 batery back up, unable to reduce brightnes, gr8 txting , value for the money.
