As far as I remember these were replaced with newer versions (1108 codename and the 1110 model) because suddenly there was a spike of sales of these and it was discovered someone found a bug which would let these phones to bypass security on mobile networks and clone the number of someone else so you would get their texts, call as if you were them among other stuff.

you could make phone calls only through a gsm network with this device, and nothing else. it had a tiny 96 x 65 pixels, 4 lines monochrome screen, that's the secret of it's longer battery life. their was a funny snake game but if you played that then the battery would died quickly!
