Interesting how the opinion on about this phone changed since 2003. Back then everybody was into fancy gizmos and no one wanted to "just make phone calls". The early comments totally slam this phone. All the newer comments are very positive. This phone is simple, tough and very functional for those of us who just "want to make phone calls". I got mine reconditioned in 2004 and am still happily using it. I hope Nokia reads these comments and produces similar phones in the future.

Memories Down the Lane...

My First Ever Nokia Phone, Bought it for 3500 in 2005.
Next was 1110, Then it was 6600, then it is 5233.

I am a great Nokia Fan.. I miss you 1100.

My family's first mobile phone... still in my hand.. I love it.... best phone among all... reallyyy the king of all phones... even after almost 8 years, its working brilliantly. Loveeee this phone... :)
