You've mention earlier that your with vmedia tariff ,I believe they can give you a replacement simcard and will guide you to activate these.....

I still use an Black 1100 from 2004, still works well and have a new Blue 1100 as a spare, a simple phone that just keeps on going, probably the best Nokia ever.

I do agree that the 1100 is a very good phone. The only problem is the tariff - I am with virgin media and I would like to change the sim. So I need to unlock the phone. Any ideas ?
