very nice phone 4 people who work outdoors like i do,i have 6280 like my first phone and i was allways worried while working would i scratch it in my pocket or something worse while killin the hell out of myself. very strong with awsome battery life. p.s. pozdrav svim

worthy successor to 3310.battery,voice clarity,signal sensitivity,loud ringtones though monophonic,straightforward monochrome display -everything add upto make this model a great performer.unfortunately,i think this was the last time nokia made a phone intended to do its original job well.

i love nokia handset there are the most simplest and stress proof phone in this generation, but how would you explain that calls are unable to be made and recived by the handset, is it safe to say this handset has and old age date to stop working as efficiently as when first purchased? reson being as soon as the sim is placed into another handset calls can be made and service is back to normal so check the handset relaibility before the integrity of the handset is reduced

I have this as a backup phone. Has everything that a mobile has to have: dependable SMSing ang calling features. The flashlight is a hoot. It's a wonderful feature; you just don't know when it will come in handy.

Its superb! Today, celphones have lot of features. But the main function of a cellphone is talking and SMS, where this phone is incomparable.

I really like this phone, in Egypt you can buy it new for 200EGP it is like 35$, so it is very cheap but don’t let the price fool you, it doesn’t got much features but it is very reliable, it’s battery lasts for 5 or 6 days, that is because of the battery Is originally designed for the NOKIA 6600, so all the charge without the consumption, for fresh cell phone users it is great.
So let’s be specific:
Advantages:
1. Battery life.
2. Fast and simple to use.
3. The flash light is very reliable.
4. High sound for ringing and calling and good microphone.
5. Cheap Phone and accessories.
6. You wouldn’t get killed or even mugged for it.
7. Good material built very solid it never brakes.
8. Many cover colors.
9. Simple and reliable.
Disadvantage:
1. The phone book’s memory is only 50 names
2. It got only 10 dialed, 10 received & 10 missed.
3. Its snooze is 5 minutes.
4. It doesn’t have GREEN and RED keys for calling and ending calls.
5. If you want to increase or decrease the volume you have to be making a call.
6. When it falls hard the key pad comes off.
7. It takes all night to recharge, but hey it last for long.
8. The key pad gets erased but you can always change it, cheap and simple.
