nice mobile easy to handle to my parents and my grandma even childrents and babys can also handle easyly .we can send sms very fastly in this mobile.this is the most reason so many peoples to use this mobile.

with NK1100 You are sure of fell and pick, long lasting battery... and more Hello 4ever, As I cam Mine fell into water a number of times and it still make my more Calls

I have just bought this phone after selling my Samsung X820 (6.9mm slim phone). The Samsung had a very bad battery performance but this phone is just amazing and it has a very nice battery. I have bought this mainly because I live in a developing country where there is alot of Cell-phone Theft going on. If robbers see this phone in my hands, they won't steal it . And the other good thing about this phone is that I can place two SIMM behind the backcover, right ontop of the battery so its easy for me to switch between sims too. I think its a very nice phone but It would be nice if it had a loudspeaker, more message capacity and a 4-way navigation.

Fantastic, simple phone. The vast majority of us don't need a camera, a walkman, edge etc. What we do neet is a sturdy, light reliable phone that calls and texts well, with a battery that lasts forever. The 1100 does just that.

Using it for past 2 1/2yrs.
Still no battery problem.
Yesterday it fell from 2nd floor right on the cement concrete below .Battery came apart with back cover. Few scraches here n there.
I put the battery and HoHoHo it came to life again.
Last month I went 2 Ooty. I forgot to take my 1100 from inside my pocket before enjoying the waterfalls. and ho..Water everywhere inside the display, keypad....
I took out the battery.
Put it in the phone after 6 days .Ho hO Ho It was back.
This one is a best phone Nokia has ever made.

Why won't this phone allow a local call like other phones. The only way I can get a local phone call is to enter the area code. I wonder about a 911 call but I don't want to test it. I know the correct zip code was entered when I activated the Nokia 1100. Has anyone had this problem? Do you have a fix? Thanks !

I love this fone, i've been using this for the past 2 years since my dad gave this to me as my sixteenth birthday gift but because of carelessness it has been damage and i just keep[ it as a souvenir, i am now using 7610.

the keypad is bad especially for hard texters. the tones are boring. i think 3310 is better although this is smaller.

that person that said that this nokia has mp3 and camera and a 2G memory gave wroung info on this phone. It does not play iTunes or 2G memory. It only has 512MB

I love this Nokia the camera is the best and boy can it play mp3's loud. It also has 2G so you can save a lot of things on it. I also looked up that you can save an iTunes. Good job Nokia keep it up

Just bought this phone 3 days ago... hard to get these days.
So simple, I just love it...
I have a 1100 (green boring backlight), a 1108 (white backlight), a 3220 with the funshell faceplate,a black V3 and a LG Chocolate.
This is such a nice little phone... this is my favourite phone! by far!

I recently bought a Sony Ericsson k790i and it rocks. But I gotta admit, I still cant wait to buy the NOKIA 1100. I dunno if it's just me but I love every single feature of this phone and most of all....... if you ever get mugged on the streets and the muggers find a 1100 on you, they get disappointed and often dont bother to take the phone. COOL!!!!!!!!! What better reason do you need to buy this baby. It's a must have phone for me. Well done NOKIA. Keep up the great work.

Its the best mobile phone for serious people. The only thing lacking is GPRS and color, but if you dont want that, its the best choice.
