Hi to all .I m using nokia 1112.I do`t want to use any one my num,so mostly i put a code to lock my phone.But some of my friends simply press unlok &menu button.then they are using my connection then i m helpless can any one help me?

Hi i like my nokia 1112 very much .i m making many people fool as hav simply put currency in call cost option as SEC and put all other numeric option as 1 ..now after putting cell info displey it shows (SEC 1).people think there is no such area like sectir 1 .so how it is possible....thess phone impressed me to much .

hi guys .people simply many times press unlok key with exit key nd are able to use my account also doing one thing simply calling on 3 digit emergency num and withought giving code able to access my account......can any one help to prevent my phone from missuse...its not possible for me to put my phone in vaccume ....what can i do ...plz help ......janardan mishra delhi

waht i m doing now? that i m using pin2 code.putting my cost limit on 1 and also other limits on 1 .after thst when any person try to make call from my num it says CALL NOT ALLOWED.but i m not satisfied .what can i do .befor this it has one more concern that that after removing handsfree it still shows h/f simbol on screen and also beahaves like h/s free is connected.i do many experiments and now this is removed ....one concern of my code loce is can any one help me

yes nokia 1112 has speed dial function also.

I recently received my Nokia 1112 FREE from Tracfone due to changes in the cell phone technology. It's relatively simple to use, has a great variety of ringtones, and the BEST PART is: it works better than my old Motorola did when it was brand-new.

All that Nokia is doing (that's why you see the 1110, 1110i, 1112) is widening the options for the budget consumer... Why? Well, those of us who can't afford the more snazzy (and often impractical) phones DO DESERVE a diverse catalogue dont we? :)
I own a Nokia N73 and a MotoRazr V3X... and ever since I got my 1112, none of them ever came out of the box again. =)

i am very happy because nokia 1112 is also good mobile.mobile shape is to much good and mobile weight is also light.but this time 1112 mobile is short.company not make more this mobile.this time rate is 2500 for brand new.

I recently bought a 1112 Nokia from Puremobile.com and love it. It is very economical and worth indeed. I am saying this since the phone got polyphonic sounds.That is cool.

I love it. It's easy to use, has a good amount of battery life when fully charged and has a very readable screen thanks to it's white backlight. It's the most practical out of the three (1110, 1110i and this model). The only negative comments I have about it is that some of it's built-in ringing tones are not loud even at full volume, and that the user manual that comes with it isn't detailed. Overall, I love this phone... it's tough and practical... The only thing that beats it is it's predecessor the 1100... and I'm saying that because this one doesn't have a flashlight! =p

i dowload the manual of the unit because i want to know what the use of the USB port between charger port & i think handsfree. but did not find any specipications of those port the only thing you will find in the manual is "avoid touching this connector as it sensitive to electrostatic" whats that!!!can u send me a more detail of the ports.

Nice telephone... but I wonder how to increase the volume of the incoming calls. There is no word about that in the manual, though there is an instruction how to increase/decrease the ring tone..

Nokia 1112 is a very good reliable and cheap phone, but i fond certain weaknesses:
It has good battery time but its talk time is not much impressive.
Sms message capacity is very limited and can only store 70-75 sms.
NO message memory meter.
There is no option of saving sms on phone or sim memory.
While using "send to many" option for sms, only last sms will receive delivery report.
If this phone receive a sms with complex characters somewhat like $@@*$*&^&$!@#&# etc, whenever u open this sms, phone'l restart & there is no way to delete this sms.
The 4-way navigation-key selection are fixed and not changeable.
Talking clock is a useless feature in a phone which displays such a large sized clock.
Calender is not available.
There isn't any option of complete-silent(No vibrartion) ring-style in profiles.
None of these weaknesses can be considere as a major one, and still 1112 is better than many.
