cat, 19 Feb 2009I am in Canada.I cant use my 1200 nokia because it is no si... moreI got my nokia 1200 in egypt.... it won't work in canada either....won't recognize signal as nothing appears on the main screen... note:I know that the new sim card i got for it is ok because I tried it in another phone...I want to know why i can't use this nokia 1200...is it because of the bandwidths???

its very usefull in case of...
its option for fixing the time of call you dial
like when you dial a call, it ask you to fix the time , i.e 5 minutes or 59:59
overall gud phone
but not better then nokia 1112

yes, I agree. no one can be 1200 coz its users friendly and has a Linux + Mac operating System. and it has a fan on its housing. and a long life battery. i love this phone.

Don't buy it. It has software problem particularly in software version v5.51. 'MENU' and 'GOTO' Provision automatically changes to 'OPTIONS'. ALSO frequent network drops.

u cant use ur nokia 1200 in canada bcoz u shld use a triband phone. 1200 is a dual band ok?

jgerlad, 09 Feb 2009does it have security keyguard?Yes, it has security key guard, the code is as default 12345. Menu... Setting...then phone setting then key guard setting and then key guard code, make it on.
