I already brought my Nokia 1200 in the Nokia care they told me they just upgraded the units software but after a day it keeps on automatic shut off!im fed up of this unit...the nokia 1110i is much better.I traded my unit to Nokia 2310 and so far works well and doesnt gives me headache...

i love it, i trade my n95 for this phone, cause my wife really detects me where am i, this phone dont have mobile tracker
but this phone is foshizzle, when im in motel she did not know
create more phone like this it really helps

The flashlight is helpfull when there is power failure or when in the dark room. When u travelling u can use it as torchlight in an emergency case.

The flashlight & some features is good but it didn't have Talking Alarm like 1110i.

ththis is a gr8 phone......disable multi phone book....and u'll get the software problem fixed.u'll see the name of person who is calling

the flashlight, games and some features is good the only difference is its keypad..1110i's keypad is much better..

Regarding the GPS question, this phone does not have GPS module, and does not support additional GPS devices;-)

I bought the Nokia 1200 for my wife last month, Superb! No camera no fm, no nonesences!
I am going to buy one to replace my 5 years old Samsung bcause it is much simpler and the excelent battery life of the 1200. Keep-up the good work, Nokia!

Good phone. I disagree with those who say the software is buggy.This problem is not in general, at least not with my device.

this phone is good in every aspect absolutely no comments on it, but it's cosmetic look is very village. common nokia wake up, the look and finishing of this model is not to anyone's taste. you can at least improve the color of it's body.

Really,Thank you Nokia for making such efficient,good and cheap mobile phone in the market.Really it is useful,lightweight,good ringtones,games,& finally the torchlight.
Hope u try 2 make these kind of mobile phones,that will help people 2 use this.

The caller id problem can be solved by storing all the names in General on the phone (names) memory.

Since i lost my blackberry, i decided to purchase cheaper fones since i didnt actually need all that crap that comes with expensive fones... The nokia 1200s'battery is excellent by any comparison and its versatile and easy to use... the design could be enhanced a bit but just knowing that it is made in India was another asset for me to purchase the fone... keep it up guys!

batery life is about 12 days with a BL-5C 1020 mAh !! is a great phone !!
